Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, Telemetry, etc.)
- Adhere to facility protocols and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Utilize EMR systems efficiently for clinical documentation
- Adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and workflows
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio or compact state
- 1+ years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP as needed)
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Flexibility to work 24-32 hours per week
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Pass background and drug screening
