Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and med-surg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures per protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Provide patient education and support to promote recovery and wellness
- Adhere to all JCAHO, OSHA, and facility-specific regulatory standards
- Travel to assigned healthcare facilities within the Jacksonville metro area
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS/NRP preferred
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment abilities
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for facility transfers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
