Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Adhere to facility protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control measures
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in relevant specialty
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications per specialty)
- Flexibility to work 24-32 hours per week across various shifts
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
