Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (compact license acceptable)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience (ER/urgent care preferred)
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with telehealth platforms or phone triage systems
- Strong proficiency in EMR documentation
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
