  • Certification: PTCB or ExCPT certification required or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in pharmacy technology is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and prescription verification.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency with pharmacy management software and computer systems.
