Responsibilities
- Accurately process and fill prescriptions in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Verify patient information and ensure proper medication selection.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer patient inquiries regarding medications.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure medication safety and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and package medications for delivery or patient pickup.
Qualifications
- Valid California Pharmacy Technician License (required).
- PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
