- Accurately dispense medications using provided automated dispensing equipment
- Manage prescription processing with digital inventory systems
- Assist pharmacists with compounding and IV preparation
- Maintain sterile environments for medication preparation
- Process insurance claims and patient documentation
- Conduct inventory audits using provided barcode scanners
- Provide exceptional patient education and consultation support
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years of hospital or retail pharmacy experience
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software
- Strong knowledge of sterile compounding procedures
- Ability to operate automated dispensing equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
