Responsibilities
- Prepare and package prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Verify patient information and insurance details for accuracy.
- Manage inventory, including stocking shelves and checking expiration dates.
- Process payments and handle customer inquiries courteously.
- Assist with the compounding of medications when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driverβs license is a plus.
