Responsibilities
- Prepare and package prescription medications accurately under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Verify patient information and insurance details to ensure proper billing and processing.
- Manage inventory levels, including stocking shelves and ordering supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Assist with medication therapy management tasks as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Current PTCB or ExCPT certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of pharmacy software.
