Qualifications
- Active Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NCCT, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in phlebotomy
- Strong knowledge of venipuncture techniques and specimen handling
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with remote support
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional site visits
