Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws following strict protocols
- Process and label specimens with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain sterile equipment and adhere to infection control standards
- Provide patient education during procedures to ensure comfort
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for documentation
- Collaborate with medical staff for efficient workflow

Qualifications
- Current California Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems and specimen processing
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume settings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Preferable: Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) certification
