Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care plans for elderly clients including medication reminders and daily living assistance
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care coordinators
- Assist with mobility support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Deliver companionship services through virtual check-ins and in-person visits
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers
- Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification required (CNA preferred)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Proficient with telehealth platforms and remote monitoring tools
- Pass background check and TB screening
- Compassionate patient with high emotional intelligence
