Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures with precision and patient comfort
- Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Maintain sterile equipment and adhere to infection control protocols
- Provide patient education on pre-test preparation procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient flow

Qualifications
- Current Texas Phlebotomy Technician certification (PTCB) required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
