Our 6-week paid training program includes classroom instruction, supervised clinical rotations, and nationally recognized certification prep. Upon completion, you'll join our team at state-of-the-art facilities serving North Carolina's premier healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws following OSHA and CLIA standards
- Process and transport specimens to laboratory facilities
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Operate laboratory equipment including centrifuges and analyzers
- Provide exceptional patient care during high-stress medical procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with nursing and laboratory teams
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-6 hours)
- Commitment to 100% attendance during training period
