- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections with precision
- Process and label specimens according to HIPAA protocols
- Maintain sterile equipment and workstations
- Provide patient education during procedures
- Collaborate with medical staff on specimen handling
- Document all procedures accurately in EMR systems
- Adhere to OSHA and CLIA regulations
Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- 1+ years clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
