Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collections across diverse patient populations
- Process and label specimens with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards
- Verify patient identity and prepare equipment for blood draws
- Update electronic health records (EHR) with specimen data
- Transport specimens to laboratory processing areas

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
