Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in acute care
- BLS and ACLS certifications (maintained)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
