Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through comprehensive physical examinations and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care services accurately and timely using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Provide health education and support to patients and their families.
- Respond effectively to emergent medical situations and critical care needs.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
