Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in critical care, ER, or surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Adhere to hospital policies and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred, ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in fast-paced environments
