Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to established protocols.
- Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to critical changes in condition immediately.
- Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license to practice in the State of Ohio.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods as required.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
