Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in assigned clinical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses to care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1-year recent experience in acute care setting
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
