Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in assigned clinical settings (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records (EHR) accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans

- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and facility protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX) or compact state
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience (ER/ICU preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
