Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Document patient care plans, progress notes, and medical histories accurately and timely.
- Provide compassionate patient education and emotional support to families and patients.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Arizona.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (Associate, Bachelor, or Diploma).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Demonstrated empathy and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote duties.
