Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care and monitor patient conditions in real-time.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Assist with patient education, discharge planning, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Active or eligible for North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
- CPR/BLS certification required (ACLS preferred for some units).
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong desire to learn and grow clinically.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients as necessary.
