Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute/critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document EHR accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on treatment plans
- Maintain sterile procedures and infection control protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with clinical competence
Qualifications
- Current AZ RN license (compact state accepted)
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
