Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients professionally in a remote setting.
- Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and answering calls.
- Prepare patients for virtual examinations and telehealth visits.
- Update and maintain accurate medical records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols.
- Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented.
- Compassionate attitude towards patients and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn new medical software quickly.
