Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to medical staff
- Provide basic medical support under supervision (e.g., wound care, medication reminders)
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No prior healthcare experience necessary (comprehensive training provided)
- CNA certification preferred but not required (we'll help you obtain it)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for travel)
