Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse units with adaptable scheduling
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Document clinical observations accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- BSN degree or equivalent experience with commitment to BSN completion
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
