Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and patient advocacy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and outcomes using our advanced EMR system
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and state nursing regulations
- Provide mentorship to nursing staff and students during flexible rotations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Colorado
- BSN degree (ADN candidates considered with 2+ years experience)
- Minimum 1 year acute care or specialty nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required); PALS or TNCC preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment abilities
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC preferred)
