Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in both clinical and remote telehealth settings, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Monitor vital signs and update electronic health records (EHR) accurately and in real-time.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and licensure requirements.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN License in the state of Tennessee (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth).
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment.
