Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered virtual nursing care via telehealth platforms
- Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments and develop care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions remotely
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Educate patients on health management and medication adherence

Qualifications
- Active Nebraska RN license (or compact license)
- Associate/Bachelor's in Nursing (new graduates welcome)
