Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any changes in condition or emergent situations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care activities.
- Provide patient education and support to promote health literacy and recovery.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
