Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assess health needs on a daily basis.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or Compact State.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
