Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US.
- BLS and ACLS certification required (ACLS preferred for ICU/Telemetry).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Willingness to travel for assignments in Florida and other states.
