Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical outcomes accurately
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- Electronic medical record proficiency (EPIC experience preferred)
