Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations effectively
- Maintain electronic health records with meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications
- Active RN license in District of Columbia or Texas (or ability to obtain reciprocity)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care or specialty unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications per specialty)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
