Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and document electronic health records accurately
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and preventive care
- Supervise LVNs and nursing assistants while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
