Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care monitoring and interventions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on post-ICU recovery
- Participate in rapid response team activations
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active CO RN license (required)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (current)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication abilities
