Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs using cutting-edge technology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and post-discharge care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years ICU experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certification required; CCRN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
