Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in fast-paced clinical environments
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Document patient assessments and outcomes in EHR systems
- Provide education to patients and families about health conditions
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with critical thinking
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- 2+ years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
