Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with evidence-based nursing standards and hospital protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using advanced electronic health record systems
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and patient safety as the priority
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact license with immediate AZ application)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in med-surg, telemetry, or ICU setting
- Strong clinical skills with proficiency in electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
