Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care across multiple specialties including medical-surgical, telemetry, and emergency departments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Maintain precise electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Participate in rapid response teams and code blue emergencies
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Registered Nurse license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled within 3 months)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
