Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.)
- Support nurses with medical procedures and documentation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Report patient changes and concerns to nursing staff
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current Ohio CNA certification (or commitment to obtain)
- Basic CPR certification (provided during training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation for various shift schedules
