Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments and treatment progress in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia or ability to obtain immediately
- Nursing degree from accredited program (ADN or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
