Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health and report significant changes to the charge nurse or physician immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established medical protocols and physician orders.
- Assist with procedures, patient assessments, and emergency response efforts during critical hours.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medical records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license to practice in the state of Nevada.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift patients as required.
