Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and medication administration during night shifts
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Document patient assessments and treatment accurately in EMR systems
- Mentor junior staff and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with electronic health records (EPIC preferred)
