Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units during overnight hours
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations with rapid intervention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using advanced EHR systems
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
- Lead patient education initiatives for discharge planning and chronic disease management

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN) in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience with night shift preference
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic or similar EHR platforms
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities across diverse patient populations
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
