Responsibilities
- Provide advanced patient assessment and care coordination during overnight hours
- Administer medications and treatments with precision using electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid intervention protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate seamlessly with day-shift teams
- Lead patient education initiatives for overnight care plans
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN)
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience in telemetry or ICU
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
