Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care in a 12-hour night shift setting
- Administer medications and treatments with precision using advanced EHR systems
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to critical changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation compliant with Joint Commission standards
- Mentor new nurses and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license in good standing
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years acute care experience considered
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year Med/Surg or ICU experience
- Proficiency in Epic EHR system
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient acuity levels
