Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and monitor vital signs throughout the night shift.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment accurately.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and patient needs.
- Ensure a safe and clean patient environment in accordance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in acute care or medical-surgical units.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during the night shift.
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns as needed.
